What makes me happy...??

I find 'being happy'such an elusive concept... everybody is searching for happiness but what is happy?...
sometime life whizzes by so fast you dont even have time to stop and think what you are happy about.
So i am doing that now on a lazy sunday-afternoon.

- I am happy to be alive
- I am happy to have a loving family
- I am happy to have a loving husband
- I am happy that i am healthy
- I am happy that i have a lovely home with a lovely garden
- I am happy that i have lazy sunday-afternoons
- I am happy that i can travel and see the world
